Role-Based Policy Enforcement

Fortefi Provisioning centrally manages user account deployment and authentication across multiple UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms, and provides a visual mechanism of administering multi-domain account policy across the entire enterprise.

User reports make it simple to identify and remove orphaned accounts. Account mapping tools enable password synchronization and a single point of administration. Policy Enforcement Agents provide a common layer of security regardless of native platform capabilities.

CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT
  orangebullet

Centrally manage user accounts for any host in an Account Domain irrespective of platform or how the account was created.

  orangebullet

Create User Profiles to allow you to map multiple accounts from different hosts under a generic userid and keep all attributes in sync.

  orangebullet

Revoke or delete mapped identities with a single command.

  orangebullet

Attach skeleton files to a template; any defined files will be placed in a users home directory upon creation.

  orangebullet

Run user reports by host or domain to view logon activity or identify orphaned accounts.

SECURITY POLICY ENFORCEMENT
  orangebullet

Create hierarchical Account Domains for granular user deployment and security policy management.

  orangebullet

Manage multi-level security by associating different policies to each Account Domain or apply a common policy to all hosts.

  orangebullet

Use policy inheritance for greater control in nested Account Domain environments.

  orangebullet

Create templates from Account Domain policies for rapid and consistent user deployment.

UNIFIED ADMINISTRATION
  orangebullet

All user and security policy management functions are performed using a visual interface that supports drag and drop of components for simple and intuitive administration across all platforms regardless of UNIX/Linux variant.

  orangebullet

Account Domains can be dragged into nested structures for supporting complex security policies and granular host grouping.

  orangebullet

Global account mappings are easily created by dragging host user accounts onto global accounts to create associations.

  orangebullet

User reports can be run at any level of the Account Domain structure for fast identification of account status.
